Returns Policy

Our easy 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love what you got. NostalgicBulbs.com will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact customer service at info@nostalgicbulbs.com or call us at 213-608-0058 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to shipping the item back to us. Once we get your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

- All returns must be approved and returned within 30 days with shipping prepaid in their original packaging and in as-new condition. 

To return a product, it must remain unused and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. Additionally, the item should be in its original packaging with the return shipping costs covered by the customer. Products that have been changed in any way will not qualify for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns including unauthorized or unusual returns. 

The Following items can not be returned:

Special orders, custom made pendant, lighting fixtures, and dimmer sockets cannot be returned.  All lamp wires that were cut as an order by the foot are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

NostalgicBulbs.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment. Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit.

In order for a damage claim to be successful, NostalgicBulbs.com has to be notified of the damage within 7 working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for a refund. The package must be received (not refused under any circumstances) and inspected. Replacement and refund will be assessed according to the amount of the actual damage.

international Sales:

All International sales are final.

NostalgicBulbs.com will not accept returns from international Sales. Please make sure to carefully check the accuracy of your order.

NostalgicBulbs.com does stand behind our products. Under certain circumstances, you may contact us for Return Authorization.

-         You received the wrong item.

-         The item received is defective.

-         The item arrived damaged due to shipping.

International Return Authorization:

-         RMA must be obtained within 5 days of receiving your order.

-         You must contact us for an RMA or your return will be denied.

-         You must include a picture of your order with the packing slip.
